Your wallet stays yours

This short policy describes the current Plow marketplace behavior. It is product documentation, not legal advice.

Wallets and jobs

Plow never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Wallet addresses and signed transaction references can be included in job records so the owner can reconcile a payment or execution. Public proof pages remove the client wallet address.

Local and durable storage

A browser can keep local drafts. When configured, the server stores durable job and payment account records in Postgres. Do not use local drafts as proof of a completed payment.

Support messages

The built in support agent uses deterministic local replies. It does not receive wallet balances, seed phrases, private keys, or private job details. Do not paste secrets into the chat.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only when a valid NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID is configured by the deployment owner. It uses anonymised IP configuration. When that variable is absent, no Google Analytics script is added.

For a data request or a correction, use the support entry point on the site. A dedicated contact channel must be configured before human follow up can be promised.
